Roles in Fitness to Practise

Fitness to Practise investigate complaints regarding a registrant’s fitness to practise and conducted hearings through the Tribunal Service when required.

The purpose is designed to protect the public from individuals who are not fit to practise and are a risk to public safety due to their inability to practise safely and efficiently.
