We cannot do the following:
- consider concerns about professionals not registered with us;
 - consider concerns about organisations (we only deal with concerns about individuals)
 - get involved in clinical care or social care arrangements;
 - change decisions made by other organisations;
 - deal with customer service or consumer issues;
 - get involved with matters which should be decided by a court, including dissatisfaction with evidence given by a professional in court;
 - get a registered professional or organisation to make changes to a report;
 - arrange refunds or compensation;
 - fine a professional;
 - give legal advice; or
 - make a professional apologise.
