Scheduled downtime for HCPC registration systems

This means that during this period: 

• Registrants won’t be able to update their details, submit their CPD and renew their registration via their online account, and 
• Applicants won’t be able to start, edit or submit their online application, or pay their scrutiny or registration fee. 

On Friday 8 March 2024 our Registration team will also only be able to provide limited support for phone or email queries. For example, the team won't be able to make any edits or amendments to your records, or process payments over the phone.

Other online services will continue to be available during this time, including: 

• Our websites 
• Check the Register 
• Raise a concern 
• Register of approved programmes 

Our registration systems will be available again on Monday 11 March 2024 from 8:00am UK time.
