Our annual report provides an account of our work investigating fitness to practise (FTP) concerns raised with us across the 15 professions we regulate.

As we move forward with the wider programme of regulatory reform, we welcome this consultation to consider how the powers to introduce and remove professions from regulation might be used in the future.

While we are not responsible for providing funding or direct financial support for the education providers or programmes we approve, we are keen to provide clarity and guidance where we can.
