Regulating health and social care services in England and NHS foundation trusts

We are calling on employers, managers, education providers, professional bodies and unions to prevent these behaviours from happening, and to encourage greater reporting when they do. As a regulator of 15 different professions, the HCPC has a role to play too.

The Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA) oversees our work.

This report aims to develop a quantitative approach to assessing professionalism in paramedics, and to revise an existing professionalism scale for use more widely to facilitate learning on professionalism amongst health and care professionals.
