HCPC launches consultation on permanent changes to our Rules to hold remote hearings

We launched a consultation on permanently amending our Rules to give us the express power to hold hearings remotely.

This data primarily relates to the application of the previous (or legacy) model, which was discontinued at the end of the 2020-21 academic year, and replaced by the new model.

This report provides highlights from the data set produced, focusing on time and quality wherever possible.

Webinar: Future rules for the use of in-person, hybrid and remote hearings

In this webinar we will outline why we have taken the decision to allow the continued use of remote and hybrid hearings to complement the use of in-person hearings within the HCPC tribunal service. We will go through the new principles that will determine the type of hearing and respond or capture all questions from those taking part.
