As part of our Fitness to Practise (FTP) Improvement Programme to consistently enhance the communication, engagement and support we provide to people who are part of our FTP processes, we’re happy to announce that we’ve partnered with the cross regulatory independent lay advocacy service POhWER.

In this 45-minute session we'll outline the principles of preceptorship and explore key opportunities for supporting staff according to them. 

We recognise that many HCPC registrants are employed or work outside the NHS structures, where preceptorship is less well known and may be more difficult to access.
