Sometimes, you may be asked for information directly under the law – for example, if a court has ordered you to disclose the information
Support for those who have experienced sexual misconduct
If you are not ready to speak to us, you could contact another organisationthat has specific expertise in supporting people who have experienced or are experiencing sexual harassment, violence or abuse.
If you are out of practice, but still registered with us
If you have been out of practice for more than two years, you are considered 'returning to practice', during your renewal
What to do if you have a concern
If you have experienced harassment or sexual misconduct from a HCPC registrant, you are able to speak to us about this . Anyone can speak to us and raise a concern.
