Keep records of your work

As a student you should:

make sure that the records you keep are clear and accurate.
help to protect records from being damaged, lost or accessed by someone without permission.
follow your education provider’s or practice placement provider’s policy on record keeping.

Cadw cofnodion cywir

10.1 Rhaid i chi gadw cofnodion llawn, clir a chywir ar gyfer pawb yr ydych yn gofalu amdanynt, yn eu trin neu’n darparu gwasanaethau eraill iddynt.

10.2 Rhaid i chi gwblhau pob cofnod yn brydlon a chyn gynted â phosibl ar ôl darparu gofal, triniaeth neu wasanaethau eraill.
