In this stage
- We will support you to respond to the conditions we have set
- We will review your response to consider whether the issues identified through conditions have been addressed
- We will work with you if your first response does not sufficiently address the issues, through further quality activity of required
- We will come to final conclusions about the approval of your provision
We will update the report to cover the above, and will make a recommendation to our Education and Training Committee (ETC) to:
- Approve the programme(s)
- Not approve the programme(s)
The ETC will then:
- Review partner visitor findings of the process
- Consider any ‘observations’ you supply
- Decide on programme approval
Purpose of this stage
When we set conditions, education providers must show that they meet our requirements before approval can be granted to their institution and / or programme(s)
When we reach this stage, we ask providers to provide a submission which demonstrates how they meet conditions
We use this information to consider whether conditions are met, and whether any further quality activity is needed
