With the updated standards of proficiency now in effect, many employers will be seeking information on how they can best support their staff with meeting them.
This is a recording of a 45-minute online session, designed for employers and managers of HCPC registrants to provide support for, and information about, the updated standards.
The session contains an overview of the standards, the context for their existence, a look at the changes and the reality behind some comon myths. It also includes pointers on where to find further resources and ideas for helping staff to embed learning into practice.
