Join our #myHCPCstandards webinars – learn about the revised standards conduct, performance and ethics

27 Mar 2024

We recently released revisions to our standards of conduct, performance and ethics, which come into effect on 1 September 2024.

This year, we are hosting six new #myHCPCstandards webinars designed to support registrants with the revisions to the standards of conduct, performance and ethics and social media guidance.

The revisions to the standards come into effect on 1 September 2024. You can find information about the key areas of the revisions, or read the changes in full.

These webinars offer support and insight in the key areas of the revisions, and attendance can count towards your continuing professional development (CPD). In the sessions, HCPC’s Professional Liaison consultants will outline what has changed and explore the theme. By the end of each session, we aim to have improved your understanding of the standards in that area, and any considerations you may need to make regarding your practice.

There are two sessions for each topic (covering the same information), at different times of day:

Introducing the revised standards and exploring your scope of practice

Getting it right when things go wrong

‘Send to all!’ Challenges and opportunities of social media

The webinars are open for registration now. To book a place, select a webinar above and fill out the registration form. You’ll be sent a confirmation email with joining instructions.

As always, the #myHCPCstandards sessions can all be viewed via hcpc-uk.org/myhcpcstandards

We encourage you to share your thoughts and reflections during the webinar by posting with the hashtag #myHCPCstandards. You can also follow #myHCPCstandards on X/Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn to see information from the webinars and news about all the HCPC standards.

Please note, the second instalment of each topic will be recorded and the recordings available via the event pages.
