Access your HCPC general payment receipt

Through your online account, you can download a list of the payments you've made to us. We call this a 'general payment receipt'. It can help with claiming back tax on your renewal fees, or confirming you've made a payment. 

The payment receipt is a PDF document that lists the payments made and allocated to your registration record since October 2020.

The document can be downloaded by all current registrants and past registrants. It is not editable.

How to download the payment receipt

  1. Navigate to the homepage of your online account
  2. In the 'Available downloads' section, click 'Click here to view'
  3. Select your registration number from the dropdown and, under 'General payment receipt', click 'Download payment receipt'

The PDF will be generated and downloaded to your device.

You can request that your general payment receipt is provided in Welsh. To do this, please write to registration@hcpc-uk.org with your registration number, address and date of birth.

The details are accurate only on the document's date of the issue. 

Other available downloads

Through your online account, you can also download a letter showing your registration status and record, also known as a confirmation of registration status, certificate of current professional status (CCPS) or letter of good standing.
