Speaking up (whistleblowing) policy

We want all employees and everyone who works with the HCPC to feel able to speak up when they have any concerns and know that they will be listened to. Speaking up at work will help the HCPC to keep improving how we protect the public, support our registrants and provide a positive working environment for our employees.
